Remember the five simple rules to be happy: 1. Free your heart from hatred. 2. Free your mind from worries. 3. Live simply. 4. Give more. 5. Expect less.
i am who i am. diversified, caring, compassionate, loving, honest, open minded, free thinker, independent. i am finding answers to questions everyday. not just about the world but also about myself. the BUDDHA'S teachings have been very helpful in my thinking and has confirmed to me that love and compassion are of the utmost importance. we must all practice loving and compassionate deeds thru out our lives to be rewarded with like deeds.
